Spouses/Guests: Spouses and/or guests may attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Thursday evening reception free of charge. Please note: Spouses and/or guests must pay the full registration fee to obtain a name badge which allows access to the full conference (sessions and exhibit hall).

Hotel: The deadline for reserving a room at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate has passed. Rooms may still be available at the regular rate, so please check the Omni’s website for current availability: Omni Orlando Resort.  AESA has not reserved additional room blocks at other hotels. However, you can view a list of nearby hotels here.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing before November 1 will be refunded in full, less a $100 per person processing fee. Cancellations received on or after November 1 through November 15 will be refunded at 50%. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER November 15. Cancellations may be emailed to afiene@aesa.us.
