Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent in writing to Ann Fiene at afiene@aesa.us before September 22, 2026. If a cancellation refund is issued, AESA will refund the registration amount less the nonrefundable payment processing fee associated with the original transaction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER September 22, 2026.

The symposium will kick off with a social hour at 5:30 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 6. Sessions will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 7, and from 9:00-11:00 am on Thursday, October 8.
